New Black Panther Party's Call to Action
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
Members of the New Black Panther Party are organizing a National/International Day of Action and Unity “…in over 60 cities in America, Africa and worldwide,” on Saturday, April 23, 2011.
According to the press statement, the day of action includes “…calling for a buy black only weekend the weekend of April 23rd and a boycott of all non-black businesses,” and calls for “…a Nation and world of our own, with Africa as our Free and Independent motherland. All of the above must be achieved by any means necessary.”
As reported by Caroline May from the Daily Caller, “The New Black Panthers say they are trying to get more attention for the plight of blacks everywhere and will not rest until they are heard.”
It’s ironic that Tea Party groups were labeled “extreme” and “racist” for calling for Constitutional government, while the New Black Panther Party’s day of action has not elicited critical reviews by the media.
