Tom Borelli Interview on FreedomCast with Kristina Ribali on Obama's Energy Policy

Listen to Tom Borelli’s interview on FreedomCast – FreedomWorks’ podcast – on Obama’s second term energy policy.

Tom explains how he believes President Obama will achieve his climate change agenda and what that means to the coal industry, the Keystone XL pipeline and energy prices.

During the interview Tom discusses an editorial in The Examiner that describes the cancellation of a coal-fired power plant in Texas that would have created an estimated 3,900 jobs.

The CEO of Chase Power – the company that had planned to build the plant – blamed EPA regulations for his decision saying, “The (Las Brisas Energy Center) is a victim of EPA’s concerted effort to stifle solid-fuel energy facilities in the U.S., including EPA’s carbon-permitting requirements and EPA’s New Source Performance Standards for new power plants.”

Unfortunately, hardworking American families are going to suffer the most from President Obama’s war on fossil fuels.
