Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
You have the right to your own opinion… unless you work for Disney.
Former professional baseball pitcher Curt Schilling learned this lesson the hard way after getting fired by ESPN for voicing his political and cultural opinions on Facebook.
“ESPN is an inclusive company. Curt Schilling has been advised that his conduct was unacceptable and his employment with ESPN has been terminated,” the network said in a statement. Schilling shared a post Monday showing a man in a wig, wearing a tight shirt, skirt and stockings with the caption: “Let him in? To the restroom with your daughter or else you’re a narrow minded, judgmental, unloving racist bigot who needs to die!!!”
In a comment underneath the post, Schilling said, “A man is a man no matter what they call themselves. I don’t care what they are, who they sleep with, men’s room was designed for the penis, women’s not so much. Now you need laws telling us differently? Pathetic.”
There is no such thing as free speech in today’s social justice police era.
Liberals love to control the flow of information, and Disney is no stranger to injecting progressive ideas into America’s collective consciousness. This is simply a continuation of the entertainment empire’s crusade to advance the Democratic agenda and silence anyone in opposition.
