Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
Governor Mike Pence appeared on MSNBC with Chris Matthews earlier this week, and was asked about Hillary’s email controversy. “To not properly handle classified information, is that a disqualifying factor for a candidate for President?” Matthews asked.
The Governor didn’t mince words in his response.
“Well, it certainly is a disqualifier for me but every voter in this country will make that decision, but it really is remarkable, as I said in our vice presidential debate, if either–either my son or Tim Kaine’s son, both of whom are serving our country as Marines, mishandled classified information the way Hillary Clinton, did they’d be at least court-martialed.”

Governor Pence isn’t wrong. Even a cursory review of the cases of David Patraeus, John Deutch, Sandy Berger, or Brian Nishimura not only validates Pence’s point, but solidfies the question of how Hillary Clinton was been let off the hook for gross negligence… and why it’s taken this long for the FBI to re-open a case that should’ve never been closed?
