Deneen on Budget Deal: Congress "Can Do Better"

As liberals play the blame game — trying to pin the narrowly-averted government slowdown on tea party movement pressure — I explain how the liberals failed to pass a budget at the appointed time when they controlled Congress last year. Furthermore, I talk about how the American people expect more common sense from lawmakers right now when it comes to reforming out-of-control spending — noting that the agreed-upon amount cut was far from radical and that Congress “can do better.”
