One would be too many but the number is far higher.

During a 3 week period in 2013, about 260 criminal aliens were released from Arizona detention facilities and 40 of those let go were being held for violent crimes.

From Judicial Watch press release:

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it obtained records from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) revealing that nearly 260 illegal alien criminals, including 40 incarcerated for violent crimes, were released from Arizona detention facilities during the last week of February and the first two weeks of March 2013. After first denying that the mass release had taken place, the Obama administration claimed the releases were due to the anticipated sequestration budget cuts.

How many crimes have been committed because these individuals were set free?
