Tom Borelli Debates ICE Raids and Ocasio-Cortez Feud with Pelosi on i24 News

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

America’s Voice Contributor Tom Borelli Ph.D. debates Democrat response to ICE raids, the feud between New York Representative Ocasio-Cortez and Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), and Iran on “Clearcut,” with host Michelle Makori on i24 News.

Representative Ocasio-Cortez is feeling the heat after her criticism of Pelosi, specifically in regard to her comment that Pelosi is targeting women of color.

Ocasio-Cortez was interviewed by The Washington Post:

“When these comments first started, I kind of thought that she was keeping the progressive flank at more of an arm’s distance in order to protect more moderate members, which I understood,” Ocasio-Cortez told The Washington Post. “But the persistent singling out . . . it got to a point where it was just outright disrespectful . . . the explicit singling out of newly elected women of color.”

Representative William Lacy Clay (D-Mo.) shot back at Ocasio-Cortez for the comments about Pelosi “using the race card.”

The Hill reports:

“What a weak argument, because you can’t get your way and because you’re getting pushback you resort to using the race card? Unbelievable. That’s unbelievable to me,” Clay said.

Democrat leadership is trying to reign in Ocasio-Cortez after allowing her to run wild but it’s too late.
