Jill Biden, the wife of 2020 presidential candidate and former Vice President Joe Biden, generated national news following her comment that Democrats must “swallow a little bit” and vote for her husband.
The former Second Lady focused on the importance of electability in order to beat President Trump.

Borelli called Jill’s comments embarrassing because her appeal was not based on the best candidate, best leadership or best policies but on current polls that can change.
Referencing a college football analogy, Borelli said using polls today to predict the president in 2020 is like choosing the National Championship based on pre-season rankings.
