GOP Senate Release Report on Hunter Biden Burisma Investigation
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
Democrat presidential candidate former Vice President Joe Biden’s son Hunter is back in the spotlight concerning findings from a Senate Republican-led investigation over his role with Ukrainian company Burisma Holdings.
While Hunter was involved with Burisma dealings, then-Vice President Joe Biden was given the responsibility of dealing with the Ukraine country by former President Obama.
Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Chairman Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) and Senate Finance Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) released a report today commenting that Hunter’s involvement with the foreign company “cast a shadow” over the Obama Administration’s policies and that “there remains much work to be done.”
Fox News reports:
The 87-page report stated that Obama administration officials “knew” that Hunter Biden’s position on the board of Burisma was “problematic” and that it interfered “in the efficient execution of policy with respect to Ukraine.”
Senator Johnson commented on social media.
The report draws almost exclusively on records from the U.S. gov and U.S. entities, and from the testimony of U.S. persons. The only exception is a handful of documents that have been authenticated by the U.S. persons who should have provided them in the first instance. https://t.co/lzA9j19KsK

The investigation found officials from the Obama administration previously came forward with their concerns about Hunter’s involvement and possible conflict of interest.
The New York Post reports:
The probe found that in 2015, two Obama administration officials voiced concerns to White House officials about the possibility that the younger Biden serving on the board of Burisma could create the appearance of a conflict of interest, as his father oversaw Ukraine policy.
Other Biden family members are mentioned in the report, alleging they “were involved in a vast financial network that connected them to foreign nationals and foreign governments across the globe.”
At an event in 2018, Joe Biden bragged about withholding aid to Ukraine unless a prosecutor investigating Hunter’s business dealings was fired. (52:00 video mark).
With the election fast approaching, Americans deserve to know the truth about Hunter’s business dealings in Ukraine and the truth of a possible conflict of interest with former Vice President Joe Biden.
