Biden Executive Order on Immigration Policies Make U.S. ‘less safe’

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

President Biden signed an executive order to shut down the Trump administration’s immigration policies for border wall construction and Migrant Protection Protocol (MPP).

The MPP, also called the “Remain in Mexico” policy, requires asylum seekers to remain in Mexico until their immigration court appearance in the U.S.

MPP immigration policy made an impact by decreasing the number of Central American families migrating to the U.S.

Former U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Mark Morgan gave an exclusive interview to Breitbart saying, “With the stroke of a pen, President Biden made this country less safe.”

Morgan also expressed concern over how quickly Biden moved to end these immigration policies without speaking to Border Patrol first.

Breitbart reports:

Morgan said he was amazed at how quickly he transitioned on these issues without taking the time to talk to the experts in Border Patrol and CBP about the direct impact of the executive orders that ended border wall system construction and the highly successful “Remain in Mexico” program.

Critics of Biden’s executive order commented on social media.

Biden’s immigration plans were well-known while on the campaign trail, resulting in a rush to the U.S. border.

Morgan called this an “open border strategy” under Biden.

Recent video clips circulating on social media show a huge caravan of thousands of Honduran migrants already heading to the U.S.

It’s reported the caravan swelled to as many as 9,000 men, women, and children.

Video posted on social media also shows some of the migrants overrunning and clashing with Guatemalan soldiers.

The Epoch Times reports:

Guatemalan soldiers blocked part of a caravan of as many as 9,000 Honduran migrants Saturday at a point not far from where they entered the country seeking to reach the U.S. border.

A Honduran man traveling in the caravan was interviewed and commented about Biden, saying, “He’s going to help all of us.”

The safety and security of Americans should be a priority for Biden but his actions speak otherwise.

Biden’s executive order to put a stop to the Trump administration’s border wall construction and MPP shows he’s more concerned about the well-being of illegal aliens than the well-being of American citizens.
