Biden Grants $86 Million to ICE for Hotel Rooms for Illegal Migrants
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) was granted $86.9 million from the Biden administration to secure hotel rooms along the southern border through a non-profit for illegal migrant families.
Over 1,000 beds are planned to be available to provide short-term housing, other services and necessities “for families who have not been expelled” from the U.S.
Fox News reports:
The Biden administration has awarded ICE an $86.9 million contract for hotel rooms near the border to provide temporary shelter and processing services for families who have not been expelled from the United States but have been placed in immigration proceedings for their removal.

Critics commented on social media.
@SenatorTimScott this has gone far enough. We are going to house illegals while our country has homeless children citizens. Please stop this! The Biden administration has awarded ICE an $86.9 million contract for hotel rooms near the border to provide temporary shelter

Then-candidate Biden called for a surge of migrants at the border.

During Biden’s first month in office, over 100,000 migrants illegally crossed the southern border.
It’s outrageous for the Biden administration to spend millions of tax-payer dollars for hotel rooms for illegal migrants when there are an untold number of Americans in dire need of assistance.
And at the top of the list are homeless veterans.
We have homeless veterans on the streets of America, but this👇👇👇 https://t.co/o4qX1LlgfN
