Vice President Kamala Harris nervously laughed out loud when asked what America’s involvement might be regarding infrastructure allocation for Ukrainian refugees in Poland.
Harris traveled to Poland to meet with Polish President Andrzej Duda over the Russian invasion of Ukraine and participated in a joint press conference on Thursday.
When asked about the Ukrainian refugees, Harris looked over at Duda and followed by an awkward moment of silence, laughed.
Only Kamala Harris would find it appropriate to laugh when talking about the topic of Ukrainian Refugees.

Harris also gave a rambling response.
“We all watched. The television coverage, just yesterday. That’s on top of everything else that we know and don’t know yet based on what we’ve just been able to see and because we’ve seen it or not doesn’t mean it hasn’t happened.” – Harris https://t.co/acPFXBYIJ0

It’s a recurring theme for Harris to laugh when asked serious questions.
The humanitarian crisis in Ukraine isn’t a laughing matter and Harris continues to prove she’s an embarrassment and not up to the task of vice president.
