What This BLM Activist Just Said Will Shock You

BLM police activist

Just when you thought you’d heard it all, leftist activists come up with something new.

Following the tragedy in Dallas, The Kelly File on Fox News featured a panel of contributors and activists to discuss race relations in America and our police officers. One of the contributors on the panel was a Black Lives Matter enthusiast with a really dumb idea:

Abolish the police.

All of them. All cops in America should be done away with. Watch the BLM activist for yourself:

Trending: Rep Maxine Waters: Trump is ‘outwardly racist’ and ‘an unworthy person’

Activist: We need to abolish the police. Period. Demilitarize the police, disarm the police, and we need to come up with community solutions for transformative justice.

Megyn Kelly: Who’s going to protect the community if we abolish the police?

Activist: We need to come up with community solutions.

Seems like a great plan considering all the black on black crime in our cities, right? Sure. A gang of spandex superheroes is definitely going to rise up to combat the other gangs who will be wreaking havoc in the streets with zero police to stop them. Definitely.

Oh, and what about, say, theft? Rape? Domestic abuse? Is the community going to solve those problems, too?

No, they’re not. Because “community solutions” won’t stop evil people from committing evil acts. While we should all strive to be good neighbors and work for a safer community, saying our communities can protect themselves with just a little cooperation is both naive and irresponsible.

Our police officers deserve our thanks and our respect. They put their lives on the line every day to protect and defend us. That’s their job. It’s time we let them do it.
