Commentary: Leniency for Hunter Biden, Not the Rest of Us
The Department of Justice two tier justice system is turning America into a fascist state

For decades, the iconic phrase “Truth, Justice, and the American Way” associated with the comic book character “Superman” has symbolized our nation, where facts and equal justice under the law have worked to protect American liberty and foster faith in our system of government.
However, quite very recently, that cherished ideal was significantly eroded.
Special treatment by the Department of Justice (DOJ) of President Biden and his son Hunter makes the phrase “lies, unequal justice under the law, and the fascist way” seemingly more appropriate with each passing day.
America’s decline is rooted in a poisonous political agenda permeating the DOJ and the FBI with the goal to protect Democratic power.
The recent disclosure by two IRS whistleblowers details DOJ efforts to protect Hunter and President Biden which points to a massive political scandal of epic proportions.
According to the whistleblowers, the DOJ consistently interfered in the IRS tax investigation into Hunter Bien’s dealings.
IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley details alleged explosive information including a WhatsApp message where Hunter demanded payment and threatened a Chinese Communist Party official while claiming he was sitting next to his father.
The July 30, 2017 text to Henry Zhao text message said, “I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled,” and ” . . . I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight.”
The last sentences makes two additional references to Biden the elder, “I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction.
“I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”
Adding credibility to the threat, a Senate investigation found $5.1 million was sent to Hunter linked companies from a subsidiary of Chinese company CEFC less than two weeks after the message.
The Washington Free Beacon reported Hunter’s laptop includes photographs of him at his father’s Wilmington, Delaware home the day he sent the text message to Zhao.
Another explosive claim in the whistleblower’s testimony is the role played by the Assistant United States Attorney, Lesley Wolf.
IRS investigations wanted to pursue information provided by Hunter’s former business partner Tony Bobulinski that included a reference that 10% of the funds were to be held by Hunter for “the big guy.”
Shapley stated Wolf didn’t want any questions relating to “the big guy” or about “dad.”
The information linking President Biden to Hunter’s business deals conflicts with statements made on that topic by him over the years.
The whistleblowers also claimed the DOJ blocked federal charges by Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss against Hunter in California and Washington, D.C.
The allegations by two IRS whistleblowers calls into question testimony by Attorney General Merrick Garland earlier this year that he will not interfere with Weiss’ investigation.
Garland rejected the whistleblower claims saying the lead investigator Weiss had “complete authority authority to make all decisions on his own behalf.”
The revelations from the IRS whistleblowers follows what’s been called a sweetheart deal between the DOJ and Hunter over his taxes and a possible felony gun charge.
Hunter agreed to plead guilty to two misdemeanors for not paying taxes on income of $3 million and will not face a gun charge.
If individuals who faced similar criminal charges on tax and guns served time in prison, would this tend to show evidence of preferential treatment for Hunter?
Additionally, no charges were brought against Hunter for failing to register as a foreign agent under the Foreign Agents Registration Act or for possible illegal activities relating to a number of business deals; purported transactions where millions of dollars were reportedly obtained obtained from foreign countries.
The money was allegedly distributed to family members via numerous business entities.
Such transfers of funds from foreign countries can raise numerous suspicious activity reports of banks.
Despite appearance and optics of sweetheart deal, many initial media reports pushed the narrative that justice was served because the DOJ brought charges against the president’s son.
Moreover, limiting the charges to taxes provides insulation to President Biden who has been connected to profiting from Hunter’s foreign business deals.
Along those lines, the FBI is sitting on an allegation that then-Vice President Biden may have recevied payment(s), in exchange for policy decisions.
The claims made by the IRS whistleblowers show President Biden and Hunter received special treatment that’s not based on the law but on keeping Democrats in power.
This description fits the government operation of a fascist state and not the ideal set by Superman’s iconic phrase, and most importantly, what our Founders envisioned for this nation.
