Anti-Trump Mob Outraged Over Trump Comments on Foreign Information on Opponents

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

The anti-Trump mob is having a full-blown meltdown over President Trump’s recent comments on ABC News.

In the interview, President Trump was asked what would he do if he was offered dirt on his 2020 presidential opponents from a foreign source and the president responded, “I think I’d want to hear it… I think you might want to listen, there isn’t anything wrong with listening.”

Fox News reports:

Trump made the admission during an interview with ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos, adding that he would not necessarily contact the FBI if such an approach was made. Video from the interview went public Wednesday evening.

Blowback over the president’s comments was swift.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) criticized President Trump, saying, “He probably doesn’t know the difference between right and wrong, and that’s probably the nicest thing I can say about him.”

Democratic presidential candidates were all over President Trump’s comments, including New York Senator Kirsten Gillibrand.

The anti-Trump media also took shots at President Trump including CNN’s Chris Cuomo, saying, “Trump is arguably endorsing illegal behavior.”

Fox News host Sean Hannity called out the anti-Trump media.

“Listening is much different than lying, spying, and paying for Russian lies and spreading it through the media by deep state operatives and then using it as the basis for a FISA warrant.”

President Trump responded to his critics and called out the fake news media.

The selective outrage from the Left over President Trump’s comments is glaring considering the past actions by liberal politicians in their desperate attempt to dig up dirt on Trump.

Hillary Clinton was all in to obtain dirt on Trump for a political advantage.

In November 2017, Clinton supported the idea on a talk show.

The Washington Times reports:

“It’s part of what happens in a campaign where you get information that may or may not be useful and you try make sure anything you put out in public arena is accurate,” she said, “So this thing didn’t come out until after the election and its’ still being evaluated.”

California Democrat Representative Adam Schiff was all too eager to obtain any dirt he could possibly get on President Trump.

Schiff was so eager that he fell for a prank phone call by Russian comedians claiming to have nude photos of Trump.

Roll Call reports:

“I’ll be in touch with the FBI about this. And we’ll make arrangements with your staff. I think it probably would be best to provide these materials both to our committee and to the FBI,” Schiff says.

It’s classic “do as I say, not as I do.”

The anti-Trump mob is in full force and will seek any possible opportunity to discredit President Trump even if it means implementing a double standard.
