Violent Illegal Alien Carjacks 91 and 63 Year Old Women

An illegal alien with a criminal record was apprehended by police after carjacking two older women, ages 91 and 63.

What a class act.

According to KCTV 5:

Eduardo Irhneis Escobar, 25, has been charged with first-degree robbery and armed criminal action. Court documents state that two women – ages 91 and 63 – pulled into a Walgreen’s parking lot Tuesday night in the 5400 block of Independence Avenue.

According to the documents, the suspect demanded the younger woman to exit out of the car. There was a struggle, but the suspect allegedly pulled a gun out and entered the vehicle. The 91-year-old woman was in the passenger seat. She asked the suspect, “Are you stealing my car?”

The suspect then allegedly shoved her out of the moving vehicle.

The criminal was caught after a high speed chase with police.

The Daily Caller dug a little deeper and discovered that the illegal immigrant had an existing criminal record in the United States:

According to the police report, Escobar — who is listed as “W/M,” or “white male” — said that he does not have a social security number because he is undocumented. It is not clear when he entered the U.S. or if he has ever been deported. Escobar was also convicted of first degree felony assault in 2010, according to the police report.

A search of Missouri court records shows that Escobar was held on $250,000 bond for an incident that occurred in May 2009. He plead guilty in the case on Jan. 5, 2010. He was sentenced to six years in prison, three years of probation and ordered to have no contact with two other men and various other gang members, according to the court docket. It is unclear if he served any time.

Why is this man still in the United States? At what point will the government actually start protecting its own citizens?
